Cynthia's passion for makeup started at the age of 15 when she landed her first job as a makeup/hairstylist at Coverlook Hawaii.  While working there, she had the opportunity to work with clients on a one-on-one basis specializing in correction and customization makeup.  Seeing the transformation in each of her clients, just by enhancing and highlighting their facial features, opened a door of beauty profession and fascination.

 

Her love for makeup grew even more as she learned vast amounts of different techniques and styles to apply on different facial features and skin tones.  She began to take notice of the different skin types and was captivated with skin care.  She then became a licensed esthetician in the State of Hawaii.  Because she is a firm believer of education, she also became a MUD (Makeup Designory) certified makeup artist through Bella Torre Academy, where she learned how to tie in all of my esthetician and makeup knowledge.  She was also asked to be a make-up instuctor at for MUD, where she became a certified Make-up Instructor. 

 

A lot of her inspirations are pulled from the beautiful island she lives in and the diverse faces that live in it. Each face has a unique beauty it and she tries to portray that in her artistry by enhancing key features while keeping each individual's distinctive appearance. She looks forward to meeting more people and touching as many faces as she can.
